Hello Imposter, My Old Friend

For this episode, we discuss the universal experience we all know and probably dread, called “Imposter Syndrome”. Whether it’s questioning your ability or comparing your skills or competencies to others, this fear of feeling like a “fake” is actually more common than it would seem. In this chat, we dig into what some of the drivers may be for this topic and also share a little bit of our personal relationship to it. We also offer a set of tools and actionable ideas that we could use to help us move through the barriers. While we wish this internal struggle would completely go away, we know that it is not likely. Ultimately, we hope that over time, our lived experiences in combination with these tools can help reframe this feeling, understand it for what it is, and maybe even make friends with it to help us realize the confidence we’ve already possessed the entire time.

Enjoy the episode.
